About Us
Al Muna provides a balanced, safe and realistic environment for young children to grow and learn. The school turns out young boys and girls into a good citizen with a well developed personality, prepared to engage with and contribute to the community at a national and global level. Al Muna International School affiliated to CBSE,New Delhi and Recognized by Ministry of Education KSA is established by the managing committee of Muna Group of schools in the year 2007. The motto of our school as rightly stated in our logo is “Moral, Modern, and Mastery”. Our aim is to mould children into wholesome personalities through an equal emphasis on Academics, Fine Arts, Sports, and other extracurricular activities. Not only are their inborn talents identified at a young age, they are encouraged to blossom under our care. The education imparted by the institution aims at elevating, regulating and perfecting all the aspects of human life-physical and spiritual; intellectual and moral; individual and social. The emphasis is on academic excellence, social work and all-round development of the personality of the children. Our distinctive character is to provide world-class education and our concern is to provide high quality learning environment that is innovative, challenging and enterprising.
Public Speaking is introduced to the students as early as KG through presentations given at the assembly. Their speaking skills and self confidence are further enhanced through training for various competitions, external examinations, and debates. Well planned facilities set apart for the physical well being of the students. Teacher/students ratio is 1:25 as per international standards to provide personal attention and care. The school year commences in the month of April and ends in the month of March. The curriculum is divided into two terms April –June and September –March. The school is open to all the Indian children regardless of any caste and creeds. The school has very big architectural building with airy, sunny and spacious Smart Class Rooms including separate Libraries ,assembly halls, Audio Visual Rooms, well equipped composite labs, Mathematics and Computer Labs

Our goal is not only to develop the academic skills of the child but also to inculcate strong moral values in a supportive environment. Our team of experienced teachers is well trained to develop the full potential of a child and enhance his/her talent. We have a talented, dedicated, caring team of staff, each of whom works very hard to ensure that the abilities of the children in our care are nurtured and carefully developed. Our staffs are all friendly, welcoming and approachable. At Al Muna we aim to provide a broad, well balanced and relevant curriculum. The children here are listened to have regular opportunities to express themselves, – for example through class discussions and via the School Council. We act on children’s views to make our school a place that children value and that they want to come to. Started in the year 2007 with an aim of imparting quality education to expatriate Indian students, Al muna is challengingly moving ahead to make their students valuable global citizens.
21 Century, an era of science and technology, development and progress on its zenith. Students have to face Challenges of varied nature and should be able to cope up with neck and neck competition. Al Muna believe that the education we impart should cater their present needs and achieve all round development. Drastic changes have occurred in the educational system. Earlier assessment and evaluation were done based on pen and paper test, measuring the learners’ rote memory only. Today more than that, the examiner/teacher observe, analyze and assess the slow but gradual physical, mental and emotional growth and development of the child starting from Grade I to Grade XII. Continuous and comprehensive evaluation is based on this view point and on this turn Al Muna is treading fast its each step. Our curriculum is rigorous and challenging and will continue to be so with the alignment of the CBSE.
It is truly a close family experience for staff and children, alike in Al Muna. Children get individual attention, care and love. I feel privileged to be a part of such a remarkable school group. In my service as principal, I take much pride in the fact that our staff works diligently to maintain high educational standards for every child. A hardworking, sincere and committed team of teachers is our specialty.

Our policy is not to force feed the child with the lessons of a textbook, but rather invoking in them the interest and inborn curiosity which subsequently helps them develop an affinity to the same and go about exploring the subjects with utmost interest.
Children are not empty vessels, but mighty reservoirs of endless possibilities. Education is currently confined to syllabus based studying of different subjects, whereas the need of the hour is an overall development of a child by making learning an experience through various interaction with the peers, the pedagogues and the nature which broadens the knowledge spectrum too. To equip them in this endeavor a balanced development of physical and mental aspects are necessary. And this is where the role of our well trained teachers and the whole hearted support of parents come to play.
Education is a journey, not a race. Grooming is time consuming but the fruits of success makes it deserving. Here, we provide all the possible facilities for the all round development of students.
